Please have your seven (7) digit account number, as shown on your bill. If the number in the account number field is only six (6) digits you need to add a "zero" in front of the last number. Example: Account Number: 123456 needs to be entered as 1234506.

DO NOT give ANY information to anyone on the phone before assuring that the call is legitimate. Groton Utilities does not use any type of 800 number.
