On Thursday, January 8, Groton Utilities will begin reconnecting the Force Main Sewer in the area of the Shore Avenue Seawall.
What to expect:
• Crews will begin work at 3:00 a.m.
• Operations will continue throughout the day until re-connection is complete.
• There will be a steady flow of pump trucks on Beach Pond Road during this time.
• This operation will NOT affect your sewer service in any way.
We’ll do everything possible to keep noise to a minimum but wanted to give you a heads-up so there are no surprises.
