On Monday, March 4th at 6:30 p.m. Groton Utilities hosted a public information session focusing on wastewater cost of service. The purpose of the session was to discuss the six year financial plan developed to fund anticipated capital replacements. The plan was presented by Utility Financial Solutions, who specialize in cost of service studies.
